The key terms used in this document are defined below:

• "Platform" — the da77 website and all services provided through it.
• "User" or "Member" — any person who holds a registered account on da77.
• "Account" — the personal profile created through registration on the platform.
• "Balance" — the total amount of funds held in an account (combining actual deposits and bonuses).

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same person, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If da77 identifies multiple accounts, it reserves the right to permanently close all such accounts and forfeit the entire balance.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Opening or operating an account with false information is considered a breach of these Terms. da77 may request necessary documents at any time for identity verification purposes.

3.1 Deposit Rules

Accepted payment methods on da77 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method. Deposited funds are added to the account after verification.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase if additional verification is required in certain cases. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Third-Party Payments

Using another person's account or payment method to deposit or withdraw is strictly prohibited. If da77 detects a suspicious transaction, it reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the account.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Members making their first deposit at da77 will receive a 150% welcome bonus, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳28,000 will apply the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, bringing the total to ৳48,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus benefits, using coordinated betting strategies, or employing any other fraudulent method is strictly prohibited. If da77 detects such activity, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

4.4 Other Promotions

da77 may introduce additional offers and promotions from time to time. These will have their own terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of announcement. In the event of a conflict with the general terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence.

5.1 Commitment to Fair Play

da77 operates as a safe and reliable platform. All games are conducted under SSL encryption and fair play principles. Any attempt to artificially influence the outcome of any game is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Technical Issues

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Progression through VIP tiers depends on the member's regular activity and engagement on the platform. da77 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

7.1 da77's Rights

da77 may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Providing false identity or documents.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activities.
• Failure to meet the age requirement.

7.2 Member's Rights

Any member may close their account at any time at their own request. All outstanding bonus conditions must be fulfilled before closure, and any withdrawable balance may be retrieved through the standard withdrawal process.
